Introduction
By using our website or booking a session at Jothen Clinics, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all clients.
Appointment Policy
All sessions must be pre-booked via WhatsApp or in person. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.
Packages & Payments
Packages must be paid in full at the time of first session. We accept cash and electronic payment (Instapay, Vodafone Cash). Sessions are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing client.
WhatsApp Communication
By booking, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages related to your appointment, follow-ups, reminders, and special offers. You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP”.
Results Disclaimer
Results vary depending on skin type, hair thickness, hormonal factors, and consistency. We provide high-end technology and trained staff, but no specific result is guaranteed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Missed sessions without notice are counted as used. Packages are non-refundable once the first session is completed. You may pause your package for up to 2 months with prior notice.
Device Transparency
We only use Candela GentleLase Pro and Deka Motus AY. All machines are owned, not rented, and regularly calibrated. You have the right to ask for the device name before your session.
Liability Waiver
By undergoing any session, you confirm that you’ve disclosed any medical conditions or skin sensitivities. Jothen Clinics is not liable for adverse effects caused by undisclosed issues or client negligence.
